-No one comes in with headphones and pose in front of the mirror, txting, wasting time.. etc.

-You'll never be told off for maxing out an Olympic lift or training with your shirt off, dumping bumper weights, and making lots of noise is perfectly acceptable.

-The workouts are intense, however, modifications can be made for everyone, these are done in small teams and always lead by professional coaches,

So, if you prefer going to a crowded same-same gym filled with isolation machines and stay status quo, then move along...
