SpartaKids is designed for kids of all ages, you will see the children progress through a series of varied training from cardio/ strength conditioning to self defense, at every level children learn new skills and build their fitness, confidence and wellbeing.

2-3 sessions per week, Tuesday/ Wednesday/ Thursdays @ 16:00 for up to an hour of fun!
