Weight of the mod 7 is 17gms, which is exceptionally light, probably less than half the weight of the factory steel one (which I unfortunately forgot to weigh when I had it off the firing pin!!)

Perfect for lightweight rifle builds, or to jazz up your shooter!

Fitting isn't hard, but better to have a gunsmith do it as you might poke your eye out if the spring gets away on you.
