Upgrade or replacement take down screw for your Ruger 10-22 rifle.

Hexagon head (4mm or 5/32" Allen key will fit), so no more scratching from an ill-fitting screwdriver...

Stainless steel (18-8 grade) machine bolts in hard to find 12-24 thread as used on the 10/22 rifle. Length 25mm, same as factory Ruger screw.

These machine screws have been custom turned to remove the thread near the base so they fit perfectly using the existing brass escutcheon without damage.

Torque screw to 2.0 to 2.7Nm (Newton-meters) or 18 to 24 inch-pounds to suit your rifle. Do not over torque as this will strip the receiver.

Will fit all standard Ruger stocks including Hogue heavy barrel stock (I have one).

This auction is for 1 screw as only 1 screw is required on a 10/22, however I have a few more screws available if you have more than 1 rifle.

Although the picture shows 2 screws to show the screw from all angles, this auction is for 1 screw only.
