Top quality Eka Butcher Pro Series Knives Series for indoor and outdoor use come with a two-tone Soft Grip Handle ergonomically shaped for a perfect grip made of Santoprene; a hygienically approved material worldwide, for its Sure-grip properties under stressed conditions.

The Skinning Blades are made from Swedish Sandvik 12C27 Stainless Steel which provides excellent stain resistance and prolonged edge retention.

The Blades have a Hardness of 58 The Soft Grip Handles of these Skinners are made of Santoprene, hygienically approved, with an attractive ergonomic design. The handles give a good grip even during the messy work.

Highly recommended set for indoor and outdoor butchering.
