this acution is for 10 pcs of empty bullets with clip
the bullet size about 11mm in diameter on the bottom and 55mm in total length.
On the bottom, there are two numbers, 07 and 61 (or 19, not sure)
cartridges are Russian 7.62x39. Used in SKS and AK47 type rifles.
with the clip to hold the bullets.

this is an sks loading clip. the bolt on the sks when pulled and locked back has a slot in the front. insert the clip and push the cartridges down into the magazine. quicker to do than individual loading when someone is shooting at you
