Semi Dry Top by Rooster Sailing UK (on right) Used by NZ Olympians. This top has an adjustable neoprene neck, cuffs and waist which makes it very comfortable to wear and take on and off. It has a very large front pocket for everything you need to take on or around the water. The Zip is a Water resistant YKK zip. The Top is made from a Breathable Tri-laminate RSX3 fabric with excellent water run off. Despite all the seams of this garments being taped and glued, we have still called this top a semi dry top as the neck will allow water in, should it not be done up securely.
