This is a webbing joined to bungee leash. You can use it to secure all manner of items to your kayak, windsurfer, SUP, boat etc. The good thing with this one is it has a Velcro wrist band one end and an open end loop the other and can fit around your wrist etc. This is ideal for a kayak etc to teether to you so if you do fall off you are able to retrieve your craft.
