All Gi's (Karate Uniforms) are supplied with a plain white belt and pants. Other colour belts are usually available separately.

• Size 000 - to suit height 110-119cm, an average height 5-6 year old
• Size 00 - to suit height 120-129cm, an average height 7-8 year old
• Size 0 - to suit height 130-139cm, an average height 9-10 year old
• Size 1 - to suit height 140-149cm, an average height 10-11 year old
• Size 2 - to suit height 150-159cm, an average height 12-13 year old
• Size 3 - to suit height 160-169cm, an average height 14-15 year old or small-medium adult
• Size 4 - to suit height 170-179cm, or an average large adult
• Size 5 - to suit height 180-189cm, or an average extra large (XL)adult.
• Size 6 - to suit height 190-199cm, or an average XXL adult.
• Size 7 - to suit height 200-205cm, or an average XXXL adult (this is our largest size
