These are very similar to 2XU or Skins Compression wear.

These are excellent, top quality, tight fitting Lycra/Polyester shorts, and are designed to help in the support of the upper leg muscles. they have the "Coolmax" anti-bacterial material in the gusset area, which will keep you cool and dry by wicking perspiration away. They have an elasticated waist. the base of the legs has rubber gripping to prevent riding up.
