The new Barça kit for the 2011/12 season looks more modern, and continues to show concern for the environment and maintains the traditional colours. But the shirt has more vertical stripes than ever before.
The addition of the name of the sponsor, Qatar Foundation, the shirt also has the narrowest stripes ever to appear on the shirt.
On the inside there is a graphic with the words ‘Tots units fem força’ meaning “together we are stronger” this has been taken from Barcelona's club anthem.
On the front of the shirt and in the same yellow as the Catalan flag, appears the name of the sponsor, Qatar Foundation, while the Unicef logo has been moved to the lower back.
