The Dawn Patrol Chest zip offers performance and durability at a great value. This wetsuit has many of the high end features you will find in our Ultimate suits. We use a combination of E4 in the arm, Freeflex neoprene in the body and e5 Flash Lining. The entire suit is glued and blindstitched with taping in critical stress points to increase durability.

• E4 NEOPRENE - Rip Curl's premium high stretch neoprene. Super stretch and lightweight with a high quality hand feel that is smooth and comfortable against the skin.
• FREEFLEX NEOPRENE - Specially developed super stretch neoprene that maximizes performance while maintaining durability
• MESH SKIN - Smooth mesh panels that absorb solar heat and reduce wind chill.
• E4 TAPE - Internal tape that provides high stretch, comfort, and seam sealing.
• CHEST ZIP - Easy entry/exit system with a lightweight, minimal bulk, open end zipper
• GLUED & BLIND STITCHED SEAMS - Triple glued, double stitched seam that only penetrates one side of the material providing a high stretch, high strength, water sealed seam
• LOCK SLIDE CLOSURE DESIGN - Adjustable shock cord closure system in chest zip and zip free suits to prevent flushing
• STRESS POINT TAPE - Taping in high stress point sections of the wetsuit maximizing durability and stretch
• STASH POCKET - Built in pocket with key loop for key storage
