Windsurfer board and rig. Would be great for intermediate/advanced, or an ambitious beginner. Sail has a rip in the bottom panel. The rip seems to be contained in just the bottom panel due to the stitching separating the panels. Could be repaired with some tape, or something more professional. Setup is missing the foot and mast connection. Board is also missing the fin. I could not find any measurements on the board or sail. Sail at a guess is a 6m. Looks to be good for medium/light winds. Might be a bit big for strong winds. Board is not a beginner board. This setup could be a lot of fun if the missing pieces are added. You can see the logos and number on the sail that indicates the setup might have been used for racing.
