About the Store
We have 2 factories overseas supplying in large quantity to North America and Europe. We also source some products from those reliable suppliers overseas or locally in NZ. Most of our products were certified or can meet the US / EUROPE standard on quality and safety. Now we are wholesaling and retailing in NZ market. Also we are supplying the commercial and hospitality furniture to cafe, restaurant and motels.

Payment must be received within 5 working days, commencing on the closure of auction. All payments must be made in full either on or prior to delivery/pick-up.
Payment instruction will be sent automatically to the winning bidder within a few minutes of auction closing and we ask that payment is made in full within 5 working days. Please ensure that you include the exact auction number on all bank deposits to avoid confusion and possible delay. It may take a few days for your payment to appear at our end if you are not using KIWIBANK deposit/transfer.
GST Tax Invoices:
We are a GST Registered Company and GST is included for all Sales. The GST invoice can be supplied on request.
Delivery/ Shipping/ Courier:
We will arrange the dispatching job the same or next working day the payment cleared. We do not guarantee on the delay of the shipping and courier, especially in the peak time like Christmas.
In some cases, if the buyer not paying the full sum on delivery, especially when the buyer's in the rural area but not paying the extra rural shipping cost, the goods may be held by the courier/ shipping company or even be returned. In that case, it is the buyer's own responsibility for the delay and the possible another shipping cost.
12 MONTH WARRANTY:
We stand behind all our products. All of our products carry a 12 month RTB warranty if not specially stated. We are not responsible for any damage caused by misuse or abusing. RTB (Return to Base) means the buyer pays for returning goods to us, we will fix or replace and pay for sending it to the buyer.
Warranties are not transferable beyond the original buyer.
7 DAYS MONEY BACK GUARANTEE:
It is the buyer's own risk to buy remotely without seeing and trying but just by the online descriptions. We will try our best to keep our descriptions as detailed and clear enough as possible but we take no responsibility for the possible claimed distortion, unreal or misleading in description and photos. We provide our buyers 7 Day Money Back Guarantee to lower down this kind of risk under the following terms: The buyer needs to email us to arrange return within 2 days he receives the product and send out the product within 7 days. The buyer has the obligation to keep the product to be returned in original condition and is not supposed to keep using the product before he returns it to us. The goods must be delivered by the buyer to our warehouse in original condition and packaging at the buyer's own cost. And it is the buyer's own responsibility to keep it safe in transit. Sorry the shipping cost is non-refundable.
For a full refund the goods must be returned in a re-saleable state as received by the purchaser. Please note we will not refund for damage caused directly or indirectly after receipt by the purchaser. The postage & handling fee (P&H fee), courier and shipping costs are not refundable. THERE WILL BE NO CASH REFUNDS. All refund will be refunded by company cheque or by internet transfer into the purchasers account.
SPECIAL TERMS ON CHAIRS AND BAR STOOLS:
As all chairs and bar stools are breakable if misused and each chair and bar stool has it own nature to be used properly like being rocked, thrown or dragged. Also we do not warranty for weight over 100kg. So we do not guarantee the damage on chairs and bar stools. If the buyer unhappy with the chair or bar stools, he can inform us to arrange the return within 2 days he receives the goods. Please refer to the 7 Day Money Back Guarantee terms above.
