Store Policies


$1 reserve auction (PLEASE BID CAREFULLY)

For all $1 reserve auctions and some other auctions, we do not allow customer to pickup. Because they must be packed and ready for post before auctions start. For all these auctions, it wouldn’t be possible to combine postage.

Payment Options

  • Pay Now
  • Credit card (use "Pay Now" only)
  • Cash or Eftpos
  • Bank deposit/ Online Banking (always remember typing the auction number as reference please)
  • Layby must be arranged before auction closing only
TAX/ GST: Invoices are provided upon request.

Payment:

  • Payment Instructions are automatically sent to all winning bidders within a few minutes of auctions closing

  • All payments must be made within 3 days after the closing of the auction.

  • Please use the auction number as a reference whenever making a deposit, It would be even better if you could kindly let us know by email or phone so that we can identify your deposit quickly.

  • Please note that it may take a couple of days for your payment to appear on our account, especially for the payments made over the weekend or public holidays.

Shipping

  • Post

    We endeavour to ship all orders within 3 consecutive working days on receipt of your payment.
    Please provide your physical address and phone number. See auctions for details.

  • Pick-up

    For most of the auctions (except for a minority of auctions which can only be delivered by post), we welcome buyer to pick up in person. For more detailed information regards to delivery method, please refer to every particular auction you bid.

    You have to make an appointment before coming. We have to make sure your item is ready for pickup in the counter.

    Please always remember to bring your auction number with you.

    9 am to 6 pm from Monday to Sunday. Preferred Time will be Sunday and Monday.

Refund Policy

We are not obliged to provide a refund if you change your mind about a particular purchase or it is not as you expected or imagined including colour. Please note: the colour you see on your screen depends on your screen settings. So please choose carefully.

Refunds will not be offered if the item has been used.

Original Postage / Courier Charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.

In the unlikely event your item is faulty, a refund will only be available if the item cannot be repaired or replaced. Items should be unused and in original packaging.

Warranty and Guarantee

We provide warranty and guaranty for most items selling on our auction unless noticed on the auction. Please check details from specified auctions.

Trade Me Feedback:

We will place feedback once the goods have been shipped and it would be highly appreciated if you could return the favour as soon as you have received the goods.

Under no circumstances will we pass your details on to a third party, and all information supplied is considered private and confidential.
