About the Store

AB Auctions was first established in February 2005 and are a member of the New Zealand Licensed Auctioneers Association.

We conduct Online Auctions for the following products:
Household and office furniture, surplus & general stock, tools and machinery, insurance claims and the list goes on!

Store Policies

Goods must be paid for within 5 working days.

Our hours of trade are:
  • HEAD OFFICE - Mon – Fri only 8:30am – 5:00pm,
  • CLEARANCE STORE: - Open 7 days Mon – Fri 9:00am – 4:30pm, Sat & Sun - 10:00 - 4:00pm


Please note that all goods that are picked up and approved by the buyer will not be refunded.

AB Auctions will not freight goods unless organized with the buyer. Freight charges will be at buyer’s expense. We will not freight electrical, glass or ceramic goods. If a buyer organises freight, please ensure the auction numbers are included for pick-up.

  1. Business hours for pick-up and payment are from 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday. Please note: Questions and e-mails will only be answered during business hours.
  2. Trade Me auction number must be supplied for picking up goods, otherwise they will not be released.
  3. Goods must be paid for and picked up within 5 working days, otherwise the item will be re-listed or a storage fee will incur.
  4. We accept Cash, Eftpos, Direct Credit or Bank Cheque for terms of payment.
