Collections are available:Our Warehouse at unit 5 - 205 John F Kennedy Drive is located directly behind the Ecolab Building which is located on the right-hand side of Turners Car Auctions. (Please drive down the driveway beside Ecolab and look for the Alpha Marketing entrance sign).
Our Open Hours are 10am to 12pm - Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)
Outside these hours (including weekends we are usually available to suit our customers - but please phone first to arrange)

Alpha Marketing is a New Zealand owned and operated company with over 7 year’s experience selling on Trade Me and with 1000’s of Satisfied customers.
We import directly and pass on large savings to our customers by selling at below wholesale prices. We have a product range that we are proud to sell, sourcing the best Quality & Value for money products that we can find, often with custom designed product packages to suit New Zealand conditions.

We carry a complete range of all spare parts required for all of our products as well as have a knowledgeable team including an experienced servicing technician.
We aim to get your purchase to you as quickly as we can and make every effort to send out all purchases on the day that payment clears (at the latest a purchase will sent out on the next working day). We email our customers as soon as their purchase has been sent.
Our courier & freight companies operate Monday – Friday during normal working hours.
Please note: Rural deliveries often take several days longer than non-rural.
Customer product collections are more than welcome. We can usually accommodate a collection on any day of the week and at a time to suit our customers.

All products come with a FULL 12 MONTH WARRANTY (non – commercial use only) -In the unlikely event that a fault should develop….We will pay ALL expenses to either repair or replace the product including ALL FREIGHT to return the item to us and then to resend it back to our customer.
Should you ever need any assistance with your purchase we have a friendly customer services support team that can always help you out. We are only ever an email away.
We want all our customers to be completely happy with their purchase. We will give all our customers 14 days from the date of delivery to return any product, provided it is in good condition and in the original packaging as received. (Please contact us first before returning - we will provide a refund once the goods are received by us).
