Payment: Payment must be made within 7 days of auction end. Lay-by over 14-28 days is available on items over $2000.00 at our discretion. Please ask before bidding. We will have a 5-7 day delay to wait for cheques to clear before sending the goods. Credit Card: Master and Visa cards are accepted Tax/GST Invoices: We are GST registered GST and invoices are provided on all sales. Shipping/Freight: We send all small parcels via PBT couriers, larger goods via PBT/Mainfreight. Payment must be made to us to cover such costs, and we will quote each purchase independently. Return Policy: We like to take responsibility and replace or exchange the product if the sold item is damage, lost, defective or incorrectly described in the auction listing. If we are unable to replace goods we will offer you the choice of a credit or a refund. But we will not refund if you simply 'change your mind' or the item was 'not what you expected it to be' or 'not what you imagined it to be', so please read the description and check all the picture of the products carefully before you make decision. Warranty: All goods normally come with 1 year parts warranty unless stated otherwise in the auction. We offer a replacement part or product warranty but cannot pay for plumbing costs or builders costs etc if product is found to be faulty after installed. If you receive defective or damaged goods then please contact us via e-mail initially stating clearly what the problem is. We will contact you within 1 working day with the procedure to resolve the problem via repair, replacement or refund. We aim for 100% customer satisfaction and will work closely with you to resolve any problems. Privacy: We won't pass any details of our customer to any third parties under any circumstances. We may retain your e-mail address to follow up on your customer satisfaction or let you know of any special promotions we are running through our auctions. If you request for us not to hold your details for this purpose we shall respect that. |
