Ariana rug house is a fifth-generation family business specialising in hand knotted, Machine made Rugs and Kilims. The company is a family owned and operated business directly importing rugs from the manufacturers. We visit the countries we buy the rugs from to ensure our customers have a wide selection of quality rugs to choose from. We offer variety of modern and traditional Rugs, Kilims, Hall Runners, Round Rugs, Saddle Bags, Collectable Shoulder Bags, Hand Bags, Bag Pack, Purse and Cushion covers. You are welcome to come and visit our store to view stocks personally. We are also able to email you photos of rugs in the size you are interested. We ensure our customers are 100 % satisfied with their purchase and if any rug purchased is found not to be suitable, we will happily exchange it. With our vast knowledge and expertise we provide an exceptional level of service to our customers. Since our products are directly imported from the top manufacturers there is no middle-men involved so we pass on the savings to you. We do care about quality! |

We are happy to receive any questions and enquiries, it is important that you are well informed with your purchase. All rugs are guaranteed with their qualities and authenticity. Certificate of authenticity is provided on the request. Payment options: Cash, Internet banking, Bank deposit, EFTPOS, Cheque, Pay Now, Visa and Master Card. Bank: ASB Bank Account Name: Ariana Rugs Ltd Account Number: ASB BANK 12-3014-0105149-00 Reference: Auction number or your Trademe username to identify your payment. GST: We are a GST registered company and tax invoices are provided on request. LAY BY: 20% deposit required, which is non-refundable. Balance to be paid within 8 weeks of sale. Shipping: We use Fastway Courier for all shipping. All goods are shipped within 2 days of confirmation that payment has been received. Delays can occur during peak times such as Christmas and long weekends – please be patient. Refund Policy: Products can be returned for a full refund within 5 days of receipt minus any shipping costs. Return shipping is at buyer's cost. |
