Payment and/or contact must be made within 3 days from winning the auction. Payment instructions will be sent automatically after a few minutes from the auction closing time. It will include our bank account information for the Direct Deposit payments, and our pick up location and opening hours. Please note that it usually takes a couple of WORKING days for your payment to appear in our bank statement if you paid via Direct Deposit.
Payment Methods we accept are:
- Cash, Eftpos – When picking up ONLY
- Direct Deposit into our bank account

- Please note that it usually takes a couple of WORKING days for your payment to appear in our bank statement. Also please include the auction number as a reference in your payment. If you do not get a feedback in your account within 4 Working Days of making the Payment, please contact us to ensure that payment is received.
- Credit Card (Pay Now)
Please note that we do not accept Cheques generally – Except by prior arrangement, furthermore we will need to allow 5 working days for the cheque to clear before dispatching the goods.
If you would like to pay by credit card when picking up, please note that we do not accept American Express and Diners Club Credit Cards. Also we do not allow pick-ups outside of our opening hours (see above).
We do offer Lay-by on sales $100 and over:
- 25% deposit has to be made within 3 days from the auction closing date. And 3 instalments of 25% each should be made within 1 MONTH from the deposit payment.
- All instalments should be made via Bank Payment.
- Please ensure you include your auction number as a reference in your payment, also please send us an email when each payment is made.
- Upon cancelling the Lay-By, your money can be refunded, some charges may apply.
Goods purchased will be sent with the couriers once the full payment (including the correct courier charge) is received. If you do not receive your parcel within 5 Working days of feedback placed in your account, please contact us and we will track your parcel with the couriers.
Please note that we DO NOT deliver to PO Boxes.
All of our Hardware items (including: Car Seats, Prams, Walkers … etc) come with a 3 Months warranty. Please note that this warranty does not cover wear and tear or intentional damage to the product.
- Goods can be exchanged within 3 days of delivery provided that they are returned undamaged, unused and in their original packaging. Contact MUST be made directly with Waysoft Ltd for approval prior to returning. Freight charges are not refundable.
- Any Faulty and/or damaged products must be reported within 3 days of delivery, we will immediately replace or repair the faulty/damaged item. Waysoft Ltd is not liable for any claims made after that time frame. So please check the product as soon as you receive it.
- In case of Faulty Nappies, training pants, wipes or any other disposable item: When customers use more than 5pcs of any disposable product, they acknowledge accepting the quality they have paid for. In this way the company fulfils the conditions of the term Quality guaranteed (or guaranteed quality, or satisfaction guaranteed or your money back....etc.) Customers may not ask for a refund or exchange after using more than 5pcs, unless they pay for the used product and other incurred courier charges, as manufacturing faults can happen with any brand, even the top brands in the market. In rare instances of faulty product the company has the right to claim back any faulty goods from the manufacturer; therefore customers should not dispose of such faulty product without consulting the company first. Exchange of faulty product is only possible when the customer returns the faulty product.

- Colours of products in the images may vary slightly from colours of the actual product, due to lighting when the picture was taken.
- Please confirm stock and colour availability before making payments, as we have many outlet stores and agents throughout New Zealand and stock might occasionally run out without notice.
- Please make sure you select and pay the correct courier charge, not doing so will delay the shipment of your goods.
- Please note that all of our items are available in our Mount Wellington Showroom/Store, however due to space restriction, not all items are available in our other Nappies for Less stores. To check stock availability please contact your nearest Nappies for Less store.

We will place feedback as soon as we see your payment and have made sure that the payment and the details provided are correct. Sometimes we will place a feedback in order to contact you if contacting you through email does not work.
