We accept payment by Pay Now and internet banking.
Payment instructions are automatically sent to you at the time of purchase.
Please ensure that you use the auction number as a reference on bank deposits to avoid confusion.

SHIPPING

All items are shipped from our Tauranga, New Zealand warehouse, please allow up to 3-7 working days for delivery. We guarantee delivery to any valid postal address. If it is commercial a PO Box is better than a street address but either way please ensure the company name is included. All deliveries within New Zealand are by New Zealand Post.

Like our books all packaging is brand new and specially designed to ensure safe, undamaged delivery.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

All your purchases are protected by the Consumers Guarantees Act and the Fair Trading Act.
In the event the book you receive differs from the description in the auction, is faulty or damaged, please let us know within 3 days of delivery and we will replace without question.  All refunds are by negotiation.
