About the Store

Since 2006 our company has been providing quality products to the construction industry. While our business has grown to unbelievable heights, with ever increasing number of products and equipments we at Buildingeasy limited are proud ourselves on helping each and every one of our customers on an individual basis in order to provide them with the right solution to their equipment and parts needs.

We are direct importers and we buy bulk in 20ft or 40ft containers. There is no middle man in our business. Also we operate with minimum overheads in our business. Hence we can offer the very best prices to our customers.

We carry out warranty and out of warranty repairs in our workshops. We also carry spare parts for certain products and are available for competitive prices.

We use Fastway and Castle Parcels courier companies for delivery within New Zealand items less than 25Kg. Also use Mainfreight Ltd and Retko Haulage for larger items over 25Kg.

We ask that you make contact with us within 3 days after the auction, and make your payment within 5 business days after the auction, unless otherwise agreed prior to the close of the auction. (You can ask us through the question and answer facility)

When you make payment please use both the auction number as the reference. If the reference is incorrect or missing, it will cause delays to the transaction since we don’t know who made the payment.

Price / Invoice:
All prices are GST inclusive and please sent any other details you need to add to invoice if you need to.

Delivery and Pick up:
We will make every effort to ensure goods are sent on the same day your payment is received. If however, circumstances prevent that, we will let you know what the delay is, and when your goods will be sent.

We use a reliable courier company said above for delivery. It is very important to write down any damages to the package, in the docket at the time you receive it in order to claim insurance.

If you do not receive your purchase within the scheduled delivery time, please let us know, so we can contact the courier company to get detailed information about the delivery status.

We are open Weekdays and Saturdays except public holidays. Weekdays from 10.00am to 5.30pm. Some Saturdays from 10.00am to 2.00pm. Please call us before come to collect, to make sure somebody is available to assist you.

We stand behind the products we sell, so if you have any problems with one of our products at the time you receive it, please email us and let us know. We’ll work with you to ensure your complete satisfaction be that though repair, replacement or refund.

We respect your privacy, and confidentiality. Personal details you provide are treated with the utmost respect. We are aware of our obligations for the trust you place in us.
