We are a NZ owned and operated web-based supplier stocking a wide range of products from local and international manufacturers, and are continually expanding our product range.

Store Policies


Customer Service
The customer service team is dedicated and extremely knowledgeable (and has a good sense of humour). We aim to answer all questions and queries within a maximum of 24 hours.

Payment & Methods:
Payment Instructions are automatically sent to winning shortly after the auction closes. Please make payment within 3 days and ensure that you include the exact auction number on all bank deposits. It may take a couple of days for your payment to appear, especially payments made over the weekend or public holidays.

Credit Card via Pay Now: This is by far the fastest method of payment and available via Trade Me for all auctions. This will ensure you receive your goods as soon as possible as we can see instantly that you have paid – and we have your delivery address.

Pickups:
We don’t offer pickup unless specified on the auction.

Courier Deliveries:
We endeavour to send all courier and post packages the same or next working day after payment is received. Delays can occur over peak times (e.g. Christmas) We do not offer overnight or Saturday delivery.
Please do not put a PO Box as a delivery address, as our courier is not able to deliver to these.

GST Tax Invoices
We are a GST registered company and tax invoices are provided on request.

Warranty Policy:
  1. If the listing does not contain any warranty information then we automatically provide a 30 day return to base warranty.
  2. The buyer must check the items(s) immediately after delivery and report any transit damage or faults to us by email within 48 hours of identification.
    Bulkbuys reserves the right to refuse claims that are made after this time frame.
  3. The buyer has the responsibility and expense of sending back the faulty product to Bulkbuys.
  4. Contact must be made directly with Bulkbuys for approval prior to returning.
  5. Bulkbuys will replace or repair where possible and refunds will only be offered where a replacement is not available.
  6. Products must be returned with all accessories including their original packing materials, cartons and boxes.
  7. Bulkbuys will cover postage back to buyer, except in the case that the returned item is tested and found not faulty or not in the same condition that the buyer reported. In which case, the buyer will be required to pay for return postage costs and the item will be sent back at the buyer's expense.
  8. Warranties are not transferable beyond the original buyer.
  9. Warranty valid in New Zealand only.

Warranty Does Not Cover:
  1. Normal wear & tear.
  2. Misuse, abuse or use of a product for which it was not designed.
  3. Neglect and careless storage.
  4. Unauthorised repairs.
  5. The buyer must report any faults to us by email within 48 hours of identification.

Any conditions set out by Bulkbuys do not supersede your rights under the Consumers Guarantees Act.
