We specialise in offering the power of buying in bulk to save you money!
We are a NZ owned and operated web-based supplier stocking a wide range of products from local and international manufacturers, and are continually expanding our product range.
The customer service team is dedicated and extremely knowledgeable (and has a good sense of humour). We aim to answer all questions and queries within a maximum of 24 hours.
Payment & Methods:
Payment Instructions are automatically sent to winning shortly after the auction closes. Please make payment within 3 days and ensure that you include the exact auction number on all bank deposits. It may take a couple of days for your payment to appear, especially payments made over the weekend or public holidays.
Credit Card via Pay Now: This is by far the fastest method of payment and available via Trade Me for all auctions. This will ensure you receive your goods as soon as possible as we can see instantly that you have paid – and we have your delivery address.
We don’t offer pickup unless specified on the auction.
We endeavour to send all courier and post packages the same or next working day after payment is received. Delays can occur over peak times (e.g. Christmas) We do not offer overnight or Saturday delivery.
Please do not put a PO Box as a delivery address, as our courier is not able to deliver to these.
GST Tax Invoices
We are a GST registered company and tax invoices are provided on request.
