Store Policies


Payment

Payments must be received within 7 days, commencing on the closure of the auction. All payments must be made in full either on or prior to delivery/pick-up.

Delivery

We will ship the goods within 2-3 days of the payment clearing. We are able to arrange shipping according to your most convenient time.
If requiring delivery, please make sure to include the appropriate delivery charge quoted in the listing, or given via the auctions QUESTIONS & ANSWERS. Pick up from Canary Furniture store is preferred for all goods.

Delivery Charges

  • Delivery is available nation wide at the buyer's expense
  • To find out freight on any item just let us know and we will find out ASAP for you.

Guarantees

  • 12 month manufacturers warranty on all our furniture, with mattresses ranging from 1-5 years. Details usually included in our listings.
  • Damage to or misuse, negligent installation or operation, inadequate packaging, cleaning or maintenance, unauthorized modifications or additions voids the warranty

Returns/Refunds

  • In the event that the item is faulty, we will replace it or refund you if the item is unable to be replaced.
  • We will not offer a refund if you simply change your mind.
