About the Store


Celtic Connexions Ltd started 9 years ago in Te Aroha and moved shops twice in Hamilton before going online and combining with our Celtic Tours. We are your one stop online store for anything Celtic from a tartan scarf to a set of bagpipes to a Celtic Ring. Take a browse through our other listings, and if you don't see what you are looking for just ask, as we have new stock arriving all the time and are continually changing and modifying lines.

We love to source new items and take on the challenge.

Customer Service:
All emails, questions & queries will be answered between Monday – Friday 8am – 4.30pm. Due to the huge volume of emails our reply may take up to 2 working days. It is company policy to reply to all emails but in the event that you have not received a response within this time frame then please check your junk box, spam & pop-up filters.

Courier Deliveries
All Courier Deliveries are generally sent the same or next working day once payment has been sighted and not usually prior. Delays can occur during our peak times e.g. Christmas.
Deliveries require a signature on arrival & only a small number of items are sent via standard or letter post. If you will not be home between 8am-5pm Monday-Friday to accept the delivery then please have the goods addressed to your place of work, otherwise you will be expected to chase up the courier. Track and Trace Numbers will be supplied on request, not automatically. Courier fees include quality packaging & can be combined with other sales where applicable.
Please note we do not charge any additional fees for rural delivery.
We can ship to PO Boxes but not by courier so expect delays if you do not provide us with a physical address.

Payment Instructions:
Payment Instructions are automatically sent to all Winning Bidders within a few minutes of auctions closing and we ask that payment is made in full within 3 working days. Please ensure that you include the exact auction number on all deposits to avoid confusion. It may take a couple of days for your payment to appear at our end and with our bankers Westpac, we do not see any weekend payments until Tuesday following. GST invoices are available on request.

Store Policies


Privacy Act:
Under no circumstances will we pass your details on to a third party, and all information supplied to Celtic Connexions Ltd is considered private and confidential.

Warranty Conditions:
  1. If a particular listing does not contain any warranty information then Celtic Connexions Ltd automatically provides a 30day Return to Base Warranty. Please check each listing carefully for correct warranty type and period.
  2. We regret we cannot offer refunds on made to measure rings, or special orders and you are responsible for giving us the sizes required.
  3. The Buyer must check the item(s) immediately after purchase / delivery and report any transit damage or faults by email within 72hrs of receiving the item. Celtic Connexions Ltd reserves the right to refuse courier claims that are made after this time frame.
  4. Contact must be made directly with Celtic Connexions Ltd for approval prior to returning goods under warranty or otherwise; invoices will be required as proof of purchase. Photos or other forms of evidence may also be requested from the Buyer.
  5. Celtic Connexions Ltd will replace or repair where possible and refunds will only be offered where a replacement is not available. Original courier charges can be refundable as well by agreement, where items have been deemed unsuitable. Refunds will not be considered after the item has been used; if the buyer simply changes their mind we will discuss the options.
  6. Please choose your purchase carefully.
  7. Products must be returned with all accessories including their original packing materials, cartons and boxes.
  8. The Buyer has the responsibility and expense of sending back any faulty product to Celtic Connexions Ltd. We do not accept returns by C.O.D and the return postage can be refunded by arrangement, but not in all occasions. . In return Celtic Connexions Ltd is liable for sending the repaired item or replacement back to the Buyer, except in the case that the returned item is tested and found not faulty or not in the same condition that the buyer reported. In which case, the buyer will be required to pay for return postage costs and the item will be sent back at the buyer's expense.
  9. Warranties are not transferable beyond the original buyer.
  10. Warranty valid in New Zealand only.
  11. Celtic Connexions Ltd adheres to the Consumers Guarantees & Fair Trading Acts along with Trade ME’s Standard Trading Terms and Conditions
  12. Warranty does not cover:
    1. Bonus accessory items such as batteries and storage bags & cases.
    2. Incorrect assembly, misuse, abuse or use of a product for which it was not designed.
    3. Neglect and careless storage.
    4. Unauthorised repairs.
