Payment Payment must be made within 7 days of auction end. Payment Options: On line Transfer/Bank Deposit: Bank Account: ASB Bank. Account Number: 12-3029-0411501-(000) Account Name: Charland International LIMITED When you make payment please use the auction number as the reference. If there is no reference it will slow down the transaction. Cheque: CHARLAND INTERNATIONAL LIMITED P.O. BOX: 22521,Otahuhu,Auckland Please include your name, address, phone number and your auction number on the back of the cheque. When paying by cheque, your purchase/s will be held until your cheque clears. (5-7 days!) Cash: Available for goods being picked up from our Auckland showroom. Cash payments are also welcome. Shipping Payment must be made to us to cover such costs, and we will quote each purchase independently. We endeavor to dispatch all goods within 48 hours of receiving funds. If you have not received your goods in a reasonable amount of time (5working days) please notify us and we will be able to do a trace for you. If buyer organizes transport: 1.confirm the receipt of correct funds. 2.ensure auction numbers are included for pick up, or goods will not be released. Packaging All items are bubble or poly wrapped then put in cardboard cartons for freighting. Vitreous china and other fragile goods (except hard flooring) are packed with extra wrapping before freighting. There is an extra charge for wrapping vitreous china or other fragile items. For vitreous china or fragile items, carriers will only carry at owner’s risk. To overcome this, our own insurers will insure your items for you. We will quote you an insurance charge for this when we quote freight and packaging. Refund Policy We will replace or exchange if: Item is defective Item is incorrectly described in the auction listing If we are unable to replace goods we will offer you the choice of a) a credit or b) a refund. We will not refund if: You simply 'change your mind' Item was 'not what you expected it to be' or 'not what you imagined it to be'. (we may exchange at our discretion). Please ask all questions before bidding. Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt, in original condition and packaging accompanied by the original invoice. All courier charges are non-refundable. If you receive defective or damaged goods then please contact us via e-mail initially stating clearly what the problem is, please include the following information: Invoice Number, Item Description, Date of Purchase, Price Paid and a daytime phone number. Charland International LTD will contact you within 2 working days with the procedures to resolve the problem via the above guidelines. Warranty The purchaser must keep the original invoice as proof of purchase. Incidental or consequential damages attributable to a product defect or to the repair or exchange of a defective product are excluded from our warranty. We cannot pay for plumbing costs or building costs etc if product is found to be faulty after installation. Please contact our staff for details of our warranty policy. Privacy Under no circumstances will we disclose private details to a third party. All information provided to Charland International LTD is considered private and confidential.
