About the Store
We are a locally owned and operated family company. We sell exclusively via our trademe store, dealing in quality secondhand furniture, antiques, whiteware and collectables.
We accept bank deposit or PayNow prior to collection and Cash or Bank Cheque on collection. We DO NOT have Credit Card or EFTPOS facilities in store.
See listings for charges, door to door service only. Please provide your name, address, and phone number.
Out of town buyers need to make their own shipping arrangements, (We recommend Conroys 0800 266 769), measurements are in the listing. Once organised please advise us of the freight details and ensure that your preferred carrier provides the Trademe auction number.
For smaller items, we use Fastway Couriers, please supply delivery address via trademe's delivery address option on the auction page. Please note, no PO Box numbers, rural delivery incurs a $4 fee.
All condition statements are a guide only and all items are offered on an AS IS WHERE IS basis. We encourage inspection of all items prior to bidding.
If any product is faulty or incorrectly described in the auction details we will repair it or replace it, or refund you if this is not possible. We will not offer a refund if you simply change your mind.
30 day warranty offered unless otherwise stated. Damage to, misuse, negligent installation or operation, inadequate packaging, transportation, cleaning or maintenance, unauthorized modifications or additions voids warranty.
We will post positive feedback for every successful transaction and hope you will do the same once you have received your product. If you have ANY problems at all please contact us first before placing negative feedback as we will always endeavour to rectify issues, negative feedback should always be a last resort.
