EFTPOS:
Available for PICK UPS from our showroom. We accept cash & EFTPOS, but not credit card.
*Shipping
We ship all small parcels via Fastways Couriers, larger package via professional express company, such as Fliway Transport and PBT Transport. Payment must be covered the shipping costs, and we will quote each independently.
We will arrange shipment to you within 3-5 working days when we receive your payment.
All our deliveries are track and trace by a tracking number. If you have not received your goods in a reasonable amount of time please notify us and we will follow that up for you.
If a buyer organizes transport, please provide the bank payment and auction number to us when the couriers come to pick up the product. Please note that this will be at your OWN RISK, we won't provide any insurance and replacement for goods damaged by shipping.
*Packaging
All items are bubble and poly wrapped then put in cardboard cartons for freighting. Vitreous china is packed with extra wrapping before freighting.
*Refund Policy
We will replace or exchange if:

If we are unable to replace goods we will offer you the choice of a) exchanging for the same value product or b) a refund.
Please ask all questions before bidding, All "Non Faulty" products without damage can be Exchanged at Equal or Greater Value (need to pay the extra amount) or refunded (condition as follow). Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt, in original condition and packaging accompanied by the original invoice. All courier charges are non-refundable and we also need to charge the successful fee from trade me.

We also require 20% restocking fee of the vanity, shower, toilet or bath.
If you asked for a refund after 7 days, the item must be in good conditions with the original packaging and we also require 20% restocking fees.
If you receive defective or damaged goods then please contact us via e-mail initially stating clearly what the problem is, include: Invoice Number, Item Description, Code Number, Date of Purchase, Price Paid and a contact phone number, at least sent 2 photos to us. Crown Bathrooms team will contact you within 2 working days with the procedures to resolve the problem via the above guidelines. Please check the INSURANCE for Shipping damaged by vanity & shower purchased.
*Warranty
The bidder must keep the original invoice as proof of purchase.
Incidental or consequential damages attributable to a product defect or to the repair or exchange of a defective product are excluded from our warranty. We cannot pay for plumbing costs or building costs etc if product is found to be faulty after installation.
