Our amazingly low prices have been well known to our dedicated customers and word of these low prices has spread like wildfire. Additionally our amazing deals have been featured on both the Radio, Television, and in Magazines as well. Deal Busters aims to build a recognizable name in the fragrance and Cosmetic industry. We manage to bring to our customers these great fragrances, at great prices, because we purchase directly from the wholesalers in bulk, with low overhead costs, and smaller margins, which strive to provide the best products at better prices.
At Deal Busters, we pride ourselves on only selling genuine perfumes, colognes and cosmetics. All our products are 100% authentic brand names, with ABSOLUTELY NO knock-offs, imitations, or fake fragrances. All our products are exactly the same as those found in large department stores.
Terms and Conditions:
This Trade Me Store is operated by Deal Busters Limited. By purchasing our products, you accept these terms and conditions. If you do not accept them, you must refrain from making a purchase.
Lay-by value must be $60 and over.
A Deposit of $20.00 to be paid within 3 working days from purchase date.
Remaining amount including shipping costs must be paid within 30 days from date of purchase. After this time we charge a storage fee of $1.00 per day, for each item purchased.
If sale is not completed Deal Busters reserves the right to charge you an Administration fee of $20.00 and storage fee as mentioned above.

We cannot deliver to a “PO Box” or “Private Bag” address.
All goods are sent via a 'Signature required courier' so you must provide a physical address where someone is available during the day to sign for your delivery.
Items purchased online cannot be picked up from stores.
Please be aware that items are not delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Please allow us up to 3 working days to process your transaction and send the goods.
Whilst we endeavour to ensure that the stated delivery times are kept, due to variables outside of our control, we cannot guarantee that the goods will arrive as per the stated delivery times.
Deliveries to Rural areas and Waiheke Island can take up to an additional 2 working days for delivery and may incur a surcharge of $15.00, unless stated otherwise.
Should a parcel be returned after several attempts at delivery have been made, the customer will be liable for a re-delivery charge of $20.00.
Please note that a signature is required for all deliveries. The goods become the recipient’s property and responsibility once they have been signed for at the time of delivery.
We take no responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen goods, or goods that have been delivered to an incorrect address.
We will not be responsible for sending a product to an incorrect address provided by you.
If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 business days. We will use this delivery information to make a claim against our courier company.
We cannot arrange same day delivery for items purchased online.
We do not ship to overseas customers unless arranged with us, prior to purchase.
Stock availability is for reference only. Stock levels are not updated live; as a result some items may be out of stock at the time of ordering. If this does happen, we will endeavour to source the product for you as fast as possible. Stock levels vary between our store and the website. Unforeseen manufacturing, supply or delivery problems or unexpected demand (due to an item being offered at a discounted price) may occasionally result in stock unavailability. Unless otherwise stated, accessories shown are extra. Trade Not Supplied. We reserve the right to correct any printing errors.
All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we are unable to fulfil your order, you will be offered an alternative or given a refund for the unavailable product.

All returns are subject to inspection by us.
Online orders will be subject to a restock fee. The restock fee will be the larger of $15 or 10% of the order value.
Returned products must be in the same condition as received including all packaging and accessories, items must be completely unused.
Faulty items will be covered under our Warranty Policy.
Deal Busters Ltd will fulfil all of our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
All our products are genuine.
Our warranty works on a Return to Base basis. This means that should a fault occur with your product, it will need to be returned to us for assessment.
Once we have received an item, we will book the item for assessment. All items are repaired if possible, if a repair is not possible or feasible, we will arrange a replacement item, and if a replacement is not possible we will arrange a credit or refund.
Refund amount will be for the purchase price of the product only. We will not refund or reimburse you for any shipping costs involved.
All service items are subject to a $35 deposit payable at the time of booking item in. This deposit will be refunded should the item be repaired, replaced or credited under warranty. Should the item be found to be non-warranty, this deposit is kept as an assessment fee and will not be refunded.
Please note: Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Liquid/Moisture, sand/dust, impact or any other damage will not be covered under the warranty.
Please note that any attempts to change or modify the software/firmware on an electronic products will void the warranty.
Please ensure you backup all data including contacts etc. Deal Busters takes no responsibility for any data lost.

Making a contract with us:
When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received and accepted your order, which indicates that a contract has been made between us. We will take payment from you when we accept your order. In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, we will not take payment and we will advise you that the goods are no longer available.
An order is placed on our Trade me Store via adding a product to the watch list and proceeding through the Trade me checkout process. The checkout process includes giving us delivery, billing and any other relevant details for your order e.g. an optional gift message for gift cards, entering payment information and submitting your order. The final step consists of a confirmation page with full details of your order, which you are able to print as a receipt of your order. We will also email you with confirmation of your order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders that we believe, solely by our own judgement, to be placed for commercial purposes, e.g. any kind of reseller. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders that we believe, solely by our own judgement, to have been placed fraudulently.

When we offer contests and promotions, customers who choose to enter are asked to provide personal information. This information may then be used by us to notify winners, or to fulfil promotional obligations.
