Payment At close of auction you will receive an Email on how to proceed. Full payment to be received within 5 days of auction closing and please include auction number with payment this will speed up the process. We accept:
Lay-by is not available Freight: Buyer pays for shipping and handling costs. S/H costs are listed on each auction. Item(s) will be shipped on payment clearance (please provide auction number with your payment). Allow 7 working days for delivery after payment received. Delivery is not available on weekends or public holidays. No PO Box addresses. Returns & Refunds: As Design Online is an outlet store we do not offer refunds, however if you are unhappy with a product it may be exchanged for another product (if the same is available), or a credit note will be issued.
