Warranty Policy: All of our products warranty period is stated in the auction details. Driving Theater will not accept the warranty requirement for any physical damaged products. Refund only accepted if: - The goods are under DOA (Dead On Arrival) condition. Please return them for replacement within seven days after you receive them. - You changed your mind within 7 days after you purchased the goods. A 15% re-stocking fee will be deducted from the purchase price. Refund can only be made if the returned goods is found to be in original condition (has not been used). Delivery Policy: Physical address is required. We will not deliver to a Post Office box or any address in which we deem suspicious. All shipping/handling charges are stated in the auction details and are non-negotiable. Purchases will be carefully wrapped, securely taped and clearly labelled. Shipping: We use Courier Post, PBT Couriers to deliver goods. It normally takes 1-3 working days to reach your doors. Note 1: Each package has a unique tracking number and require signature. Note 2: Risk of any loss, damage or deterioration of or to the goods passes to you on delivery. It is your responsibility to assemble, configure and install. All claims for shortage or damage during delivery must be made to the carrier within seven days of the date of delivery. Pricing & Invoicing: All prices listed on Trademe are GST inclusive. GST invoices are available on request for all the purchases. Payment: We take bank deposits, cash, EFTPOS, bank cheques, credit card/visa, safe trader (if buyer pays the safe trader charges) and lay-bys. Note: Any credit card/visa payment will be added 3% as none cash discount price. Guaranteed, Reliable Technology Service: We provide excellent installation in the store. Most of the works can be done within about 2 hours and the maximum time will not more than 2 days. |
