About the Store

Dtr is proudly New Zealand owned and operated and has been serving New Zealander’s for over 45 years. We are a national provider of household goods and appliances to both businesses and domestic customers in New Zealand. dtr offers a wide range of products including audio visual, whiteware, furniture, fitness equipment, computers and gaming. Dtr also stocks some of the world's leading brands such as Sony, Panasonic, Samsung, LG, Simpson, Haier, Vodafone, Playstation, Nintendo, Xbox, Mobilier Furniture and Sleepyhead beds. You can buy any of our fabulous products with cash or major credit cards. We also offer easi own™ (hire purchase) easi rent™ (short and long term rental), easi cash™ (cash loans between $500 - $5,000) options and LeasePlus for businesses. All of our products can be purchased brand new in-store and our Pre Loved products can also be purchased at great discounts. Dtr have 21 stores nationwide, plus our new on-line offering at www.dtr.co.nz and Trade Me stores. All our Pre Loved products sold on Trade Me are of good quality, are safety checked and come with a 3 month warranty (unless otherwise stated). All new items carry the minimum 12 month manufacturers warranty. At dtr we believe that everyone deserves a fair go. Respect and a moment of brightness. We'll be fair and try our best. Customer Service enquiries If you have any questions regarding our Trade Me dtr stores please contact us, we are happy to answer any questions. The Trade Me site is monitored Monday – Friday between 9am – 5pm, we will endeavour to respond to your queries as quickly as possible within these hours. Store Details For a full list of store contact details including phone fax and email details please click here Tax / GST Invoices We are GST registered and invoices are provided on all sales. Payment You will be sent an email straight after the auction with payment details and instructions. Payment must be made within 3 days of the auction closing unless otherwise agreed with the Store Manager. Payment methods we accept: Direct credit, Credit card (Visa and Mastercard) or cash payments. Please ensure you provide your Surname and Auction number as the reference for us. This will help prevent delays in processing your transaction. Pick Ups We allow pick-ups from our dtr stores Monday to Friday between 9am – 5pm. Pick ups outside of these hours can be made by prior arrangement with the Store Manager. Freight We allow pick-ups from our dtr stores (see above for hours). All deliveries are to be made by arrangement with the Store Manager. Delivery charges may apply. Faulty Goods Pre Loved: All Pre Loved items are covered by a 3 month money back guarantee. With any faulty Pre Loved goods we will endeavour to replace the goods with a same or similar item. If we are unable to supply the same or similar item we will refund your money. New Items: All new items are covered by the manufacturers warranty. Any faulty goods will be repaired or replaced. Privacy Policy Privacy is very important and we want you to feel secure in your purchase and the trust you place in us with your details. We will never pass on your details to a third party unless we are legally required to do so. Feedback We encourage feedback on your trade but do ask that if there is an issue with your purchase please contact us first rather than respond initially with bad feedback. We will always do our best to rectify any issues you may have. We want to make your shopping experience with us a great experience and hope to trade with you again. |
