Payment:
Payment options include:

Payment can either be made directly to the store, over the phone, or by online banking. Remember to use the auction number as a reference, when paying for the item you have bought. You can speed up the process by emailing us proof of payment.

Delivery:
Provide a specific area and we will quote you a price
on the delivery charge.

Once delivery charge and payment has been accepted and cleared we use:
Local carrier for Lower/Central North Island deliveries.
Nationwide carrier for all other North Island and South Island deliveries

We will book the delivery and then the carrier takes responsibility of the transport and time schedules, once your purchase has left our store.

You can also collect your purchase from our store or have a carrier of your choice to deliver on your behalf. This can be confirmed at time of purchase.

Lay-by:
A Six week lay-by is available on request. We require a deposit of 50% of the purchase price, which is payable when the auction has closed. We reserve the right to re-sell the goods if terms and conditions of sale are breached.

Guarantee:
D'ZINE Furniture guarantees to repair or replace any unit that is faulty due to materials or workmanship for a period of up to 3years

-Clearance or specified product, are guaranteed for 1year. (This will be clearly noted on any product that we may be clearing)

This guarantee does not cover damage caused by accident or abuse.

 

Returning and Refunding:
If you find a fault with our product within seven days, we will replace or refund, if the item is unable to be replaced.      
Goods would need to be returned and accepted, if in original condition. However, we do not have to provide a refund if you have simply changed your mind, so please choose carefully.
