East Coast Suspended Ceilings is a family owned business that has been installing ceilings and selling insulation since 2001. John is a qualified carpenter with 20 years experience installing ceilings with his team of qualified (and training) ceiling installers. Carla has been studying, designing, pricing and selling ceilings, acoustic and thermal insulation solutions since 2001. Insulation sales have expanded and what started out as selling just a few bales of insulation 10 years ago, has turned into selling and shipping many thousands of bales per annum. These are supplied to EECA installers, builders and DIY/homeowners. We have a lot of knowledge and experience in the insulation field and are driven to helping people keep their homes warm, dry and energy efficient. OUR PROCESS STARTS WITH A CALL TO 0800 206 2879......The client can choose to ask questions or we can run through a full, free, no obligation consultation. We like to look at your homes location, construction, landscaping, furnishings, heating methods, occupancy and current level of insulation to make recommendations. We will suggest a plan based on your budget and this can sometimes even include areas you need to work on prior and after insulating your home. We sell a broad range of insulation products, only some of those are constantly advertised on this site, so we are able to independently recommend the products for you. INSULATING YOUR HOME IS A BIG DECISION.....We understand that you will have questions and things you need to talk about before going ahead with any expensive purchase....we are here to help. AFTER YOUR CONSULTION, YOU CAN PURCHASE PRODUCTS FROM THE SITE....or they will be listed for you. Then at any stage of the process you are welcome to call back to run through anything. ALL OUR PRODUCTS ARE HIGH QUALITY, TRUSTED, AND MOSTLY BRANZ APPRAISED PRODUCTS.....THAT WE HAVE USED IN OUR OWN FAMILY HOME. COMING SOON.....WE WILL BE ABLE TO OFFER INFRARED DIGITAL IMAGING OF YOUR HOME. ‘Like us’ on our facebook page and you could be selected to have your home appraised with our camera. We have done the theory, but are still learning the ropes with the camera, so we need plenty of practice, and love to travel. |

Payment You will receive an email immediately after your purchase. Our preferred methods of payment are bank deposit or cash. Credit card can be used to make your purchase through www.paymate.co.nz however you will need to add 3% to the cost of your purchase to cover the cost of this transaction. Cheques are fine if you are not in a hurry. All products are despatched promptly once funds clear and a confirmation will be sent. Our account details are:
A copy of your GST invoice is available on request. Shipping - Polygold and Ecomax Product shipping depends on the product purchased however the bulk of sales - Polygold and Ecomax ranges are delivered on our own trucks. These trucks run:
We will travel anywhere if it is going to be cost effective for us. The more bales you purchase the further afield we will go. We are happy to drop your bales off anywhere that we are already travelling to or driving past for 5 bales or more. We can also deliver to a trucking depot for you to on-ship the product. We also offer immediate pick-up in Hamilton, Napier, Palmerston North and Christchurch. Shipping - Other Products For all other brands of products please see individual listings for shipping details. We generally use external carriers. Many auctions show product pricing with freight included as insulation is very bulky and can be expensive to transport. Warranty All of our products are high quality and most have been through the rigorous Branz appraisal process. All products are made specifically for the New Zealand market and under the building code are expected to have a 50 year minimum durability period. In the unlikely event that there is a problem with any part of your order or products please contact us immediately so we can fix the problem for you. With a brands of insulation we are selling at the moment, have never had a single bale of product returned or notified as being faulty or of poor quality.....so please buy with confidence. |
