About the Store

Logsplitters.co.nz is New Zealand’s dedicated log splitter company. We have been trading on Trade Me since 1999. As a small home business we Import, distribute & wholesale directly, this keeping our overheads and expenses low to pass onto you the customer.

We have sound product knowledge and try to go the extra mile to assist with your purchase.

We honour all Manufactures Warranties on applicable products.

Store Policies

Payments:

We run an automated system plugged into the back of Trade Me's site. You will receive an automated email following the completion of auctions.

Please enter your address within your profile and select the delivery address upon completion of auction.

We accept Master Card, Visa (PayNow), Internet Banking and Cash.

Delivery Policy:

All parcels' are track and trace (Excluding Rural Delivery) and must be signed. Please make sure correct courier charges have been included in payment, as failure to provide sufficient funds will result in delays.

Shipping is upto the customer to arrange, however we offer method via a local courier company.

Please allow upto 4-5 working days to process your order and send the goods. Couriers are generally overnight, but we cannot be liable for courier delays.

Pick Up Policy

You must arrange a time prior to collection, and bring your order number (eg: "SO xxxx")

GST Invoices

We are GST registered and supply a GST invoice with each sale. Please retain this invoice for warranty purposes

Warranty Policy:

We honour all manufactures warranties.

Easy Gardener Ltd Warranty & Returns Policies, do not waiver your standard statutory rights, under New Zealand Consumer Law, Consumer Guarantees Act & The Fair Trading Act (where applicable), but offers you an even greater level of service.

$1 No Reserve Auctions

No Warranty is offered with $1 reserve listings unless expressly stated in the body of the auction text. Caveat Emptor applies to all $1 no reserve listings.

Returns Policy

No item can be returned if it has been used. We will replace or repair any item that is defective within the warranty period. We will not refund if you simply change your mind. It is our aim to have 100% satisfaction and so will work closely with you to resolve any problems. All items are sold on a "Return to Base" case. The purchaser must pay for shipping to us and we pay for the shipping in return. No refund is given for shipping

Lay-By:

All customers are welcome to lay-by. Lay-by is available on all orders over $100 20% initial deposit to secure your purchase (this is a non-refundable deposit) Lay-by period is available for up to 2 months maximum Please remember to include your order number or auction number on all Layby payments.

Communications:

In all communications with Easy Gardener Ltd, please state Auction / Listing Number. We prefer email communication.
