Payment Payment must be made within 7 days of the auction closing. Lay-by over 14-28 days is available with a deposit of 30% to reserve your item. Please ask before bidding. Payment Options
When you make payment please use the auction number as the reference. If there is no reference it may slow down the transaction. Available for pick ups from our showroom. We accept cash & EFTPOS, but not credit card. We ship all small parcels via Parcel Express, larger package via Fliway. Payment must be covered the shipping costs, and we will quote each independently. We will arrange shipment to you within 2 - 7 working days when we receive your payment. All our deliveries are track and trace by a tracking number. Please call Parcel Express at 09 579 1300 or Fliway at 09 255 4600. If you have not received your goods within a reasonable period of time please notify us and we will follow up for you. If you organize transport, please provide the bank payment proof and auction number to us when the couriers come to pick up the product. Please note that this will be at your OWN RISK, we won't provide any insurance and replacement for goods damaged by shipping. If problems do arise, please contact us before leaving any feedback. We will try our best to solve any problem. Packaging All items are bubble or poly wrapped and put in cardboard cartons for delivery. Vitreous china is packed with extra wrapping. Please ask all questions before bidding, All "Not Faulty" products without damage can be Exchanged at Equal or Greater Value (need to pay the extra amount) or refunded (condition as follow). Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt, in original condition and packaging accompanied by the original invoice. If you asked for a refund after 7 days, the item must be new goods with the original packaging and we also require 20% depreciation. Please note the condition on the Freight Note if the product is damaged. And don’t sign first, even if the courier says they need to leave – this is important. The new shipping will be arranged after we receive the photos of the damaged products. The first time damage occurs during shipping, it will be accepted and we will replace it with a new product. If it is broken twice, the product will not be shipped immediately until our company has received the claim of the insurance from the courier company. Notice: if the recipient signs for the goods, it means the product is good condition. Our company will not accept any request for replacement of a damaged product after the recipient has signed it. Warranty The bidder must keep the original invoice as proof of purchase. Incidental or consequential damages attributable to a product defect or to the repair or exchange of a defective product are excluded from our warranty. We cannot pay for plumbing costs or building costs etc if product is found to be faulty after installation. Please contact us for details of our warranty policy.
