Store Policies

To Complete Your Purchase

You will be sent an email straight after the auction with payment details and instructions.
Payment must be made in full prior to delivery and a maximum of 3 days after auction closes (unless prior arrangement has been made).

Payment Options

Online Credit Card Payment
On completion of your auction or “buy now” you will be emailed a confirmation of purchase.

Manual Credit Card Payment
Please call us on 09 258 9077. We can accept Visa, Q-Card, Mastercard and Amex.
 
Direct Credit Payment
It can take up to 2 business days for transferred funds to clear. We will process the purchased items as soon as the payment has appeared in our account. Please note that payments made over a weekend may not show in our account until Tuesday morning. Public holidays also may add an extra working day. Please put the auction number as a banking reference.

Delivery Times

All orders are shipped using Track and Trace and require a signature upon delivery. A daytime contact phone number is required. PO Box delivery addresses are not accepted. Deliveries will be 2-5 business days from date of invoice. Please allow an extra one or two working days for rural deliveries and around Public Holidays.

Damages Or Loss In Transit
Claims for damage or loss in transit must be made against the respective carrier as follows:
  • Prior to acknowledging delivery to the carrier, the buyer must ensure that the complete consignment as per the carrier’s note has been received. Should there be a shortage or visible damage to outer packaging, the carrier’s note must be endorsed accordingly at the time the goods are delivered.

  • We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit, however details of any claim should be advised to us within 48 hours of the delivery time.

Return Of Goods
Goods cannot be returned if you simply change your mind, so please purchase carefully. 

  1. Refunds will only be offered on items that arrive defective and we are unable to repair the item or provide a replacement of equal or greater functionality. This request for refund must be made within 10 days of receiving the item(s).
  2. Refunds will not be offered after the item has been used.
  3. Refunds will not be offered if buyer changes their mind, or if item is 'not what you expected'.
  4. All items must be returned to us for full assessment before a refund will be issued.
  5. Refunds will be via credit electronically to either a bank account or credit card.

Warranty
All warranties are back to base.

Unless otherwise stated, all goods come with a one year warranty. Parts which are proven to be defective within one year, or within the stated warranty period of the date of invoice will be repaired or replaced when the parts are returned to Elite Fitness. Parts and goods must be delivered to an Elite Fitness store at the buyers expense. Repaired or replacement parts or goods will be returned to the buyer at Elite Fitness’s expense. The warranty does not apply if damage is caused through improper use of the goods supplied. All warranty claims must be accompanied by a valid Elite Fitness invoice.

Our warranty Terms and Conditions do not effect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Privacy
We respect privacy and confidentiality. Personal details you provide are appropriately treated. We are aware of our obligations and the trust you place in us. Your details will never be provided to a third party.

Feedback
Please view our feedback. It gives good assurance of our customers' opinions of our standard of service.
We encourage feedback within the Trade Me community. We will place feedback on all completed auctions. If you are satisfied with your purchase we would appreciate you doing the same.

Please email or call us to resolve any dispute prior to posting a negative or neutral feedback. Negative feedback does not help resolve an issue whereas a phone call will.
