To Complete Your Purchase
You will be sent an email straight after the auction with payment details and instructions. Payment Options
Online Credit Card Payment
On completion of your auction or “buy now” you will be emailed a confirmation of purchase.
Manual Credit Card Payment
Please call us on 09 258 9077. We can accept Visa, Q-Card, Mastercard and Amex.
Direct Credit Payment
It can take up to 2 business days for transferred funds to clear. We will process the purchased items as soon as the payment has appeared in our account. Please note that payments made over a weekend may not show in our account until Tuesday morning. Public holidays also may add an extra working day. Please put the auction number as a banking reference.
Payments should be made to the following account:
Bank: National Bank Delivery Times All orders are shipped using Track and Trace and require a signature upon delivery. A daytime contact phone number is required. PO Box delivery addresses are not accepted. Deliveries will be 2-5 business days from date of invoice. Please allow an extra one or two working days for rural deliveries and around Public Holidays.
