Payment
Contact must be made within 3 days of auction closing and payment must be made within 5 days unless otherwise agreed.
If you are paying by lay-by or super lay-by, the initial 10% payment must be made within 5 days unless otherwise agreed.

When making a physical deposit at a bank, please ensure you include the trademe auction number on all transactions.
Standard Lay By:

You can select a product and pay for the product over a maximum of 90 days. The 90 days commences from the date of purchase... A 10% deposit is required for the product at time of purchase. Any amount of payment may be made at any time within the 90 day period.

The product will be delivered when the goods have been fully paid for.

Any Lay By account that has not been fully paid for within the 90 days will be cancelled. All payments made within the 90 days will be refunded less a 20% administration fee.
Super "Lay By" Account:

Trademe members with a 100% feedback with over 30 successful trades or 98% with over 100 successful trades may request products on our “Super Lay By” method of payment.

You can pay a 10% deposit and receive immediate delivery of product in accordance with our delivery policy.

“Super Lay By” is not credit, there are no forms to be completed, there are no added costs to the normal retail price for “Super Lay By”, there is nil interest, and no administration fees.

You will need to pay a 10% deposit prior to delivery. The remaining balance needs to be paid off in 9 equal payments over the next 9 weeks.

You will be reported to a debt collection agency for recovery of the debt plus a 30% administration fee for any products not fully paid for immediately after the 10 week time frame.
Warranty / Return's Policy
Elite Products Limited will at the very minimum fulfill all of its obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
All our products carry a standard 1 year warranty, with the exception of mattress’s which have a 5 year warranty.
You can cancel your order, (excluding lay by sales) at any time prior to delivery and receive a 100% refund for any reason.
If you change your mind about a product (*mattresses not included, see below) within 7 days of delivery, we will willingly collect the goods and a full refund will be given, if the following conditions are met:

Proof of purchase must be provided

The product is not damaged in any way

If you had a FREE delivery you will need to pay a $30 fee for collection.

If you paid a fee for delivery then the fee for collection will be the same fee again.
A lay by sale can be cancelled with a full refund within 7 days of the purchase date. If a lay by sale is cancelled after 7 days from the date of purchase, all monies refunded will incur a 20% administration fee.
*once a mattress has been used, it cannot under the sale of goods act cannot be returned to us as the supplier, we can only take it back to destroy the mattress.
Our policy is, all items will be repaired if possible. If repair is not possible a replacement will be provided. If we cannot replace or repair the item we will issue a refund.

We will only deliver products ordered through Trade Me to a location where we provide delivery services

The delivery fee for your order depends on the type of product you order (in particular, the size and weight of the Product).

We also recommend that you be present to accept the delivery of your order if you have paid by credit card.

We may require the person accepting the delivery of your order to provide us with proof of that person's identity (including photographic identification). If the order has been paid by credit card, then we may also ask you to show us the credit card for us to conduct our verification checks;

If there is no one or no appropriate person (for example, above 18 years old) at the Delivery Address to receive the order at that time, then we will not deliver the products you have ordered. In this instance, we will endeavor to contact you or you may contact us to arrange for delivery at a different time, and we may charge you an additional Delivery Fee for that replacement delivery.
