Customer Service:
All emails, questions & queries will be answered between Monday – Friday 8:30am – 4.30pm. Due to the huge volume of emails our reply may take up to 2 working days. It is company policy to reply to all emails but in the event that you have not received a response within this time frame then please check your junk box, spam & pop-up filters.

GST/TAX invoices
We are GST registered GST and it included in every order we send is a GST invoice, which also doubles as an address label. When you receive your package, there will be a clear slip on the outside with your address on it. This is your invoice. :) Please keep it safe as it contains all our details and is proof of purchase.

Courier Deliveries:
All Courier Deliveries are generally sent the same or next working day once payment has been sighted and not prior, however delays can occur during our peak times i.e. Christmas.

Deliveries require a signature on arrival & nothing is sent via standard post. If you will not be home between 8am-5pm Monday-Friday to accept the delivery then please have the goods addressed to your place of work, otherwise you will be expected to chase up the courier. Track and Trace Numbers will be supplied via automated emails. Courier fees include quality packaging & are combinable where possible on application.

Payment Instructions:
Payment Instructions are Automatically Sent to all Winning Bidders within a few minutes of auctions closing and we ask that payment is made in full within 3 working days. Please ensure that you include the exact auction number on all deposits to avoid confusion. It may take a couple of days for your payment to appear at our end if you don’t deposit via ANZ

Pay Now & Credit Cards. Payment greater than $3000 can be processed directly.
Pay & Collect with Cash, Eftpos, Master & Visa Cards on collection
Note: We don't accept cheques, Amex or Diners Cards.


Store Policies


Warranty Conditions:
  1. If a particular listing does not contain any warranty information then Evolution Cycles automatically provides a 30 day Return to Base Warranty. Please check each listing carefully for correct warranty type and period.
  2. The Buyer must check the item(s) immediately after purchase / delivery and report any transit damage or faults by email within 24hrs of receiving the item. Evolution Cycles reserves the right to refuse courier claims that are made after this time frame.
  3. Contact must be made directly with Evolution Cycles for approval prior to returning goods under warranty, invoices will be required as proof of purchase. Photos or other forms of evidence may also be requested from the Buyer.
  4. Evolution Cycles will replace or repair where possible and Refunds will only be offered where a replacement is not available. Original courier charges are non-refundable. Refunds will not be considered after the item has been used, if the buyer simply changes their mind or if the item is not “what you expected' , or incorrectly sized i.e. Purchased a medium helmet when you actually needed a large. Please choose your purchase carefully.
  5. Products must be returned with all accessories including their original packing materials, cartons and boxes.
  6. The Buyer has the responsibility and expense of sending back any faulty product to Evolution Cycles. We do not accept returns by C.O.D and the return postage must be paid entirely by the Buyer. In return Evolution Cycles is liable for sending the repaired item or replacement back to the Buyer, except in the case that the returned item is tested and found not faulty or not in the same condition that the buyer reported. In which case, the buyer will be required to pay for return postage costs and the item will be sent back at the buyer's expense.
  7. Warranties are not transferable beyond the original buyer.
  8. Warranty valid in New Zealand only.
  9. Evolution Cycles adheres to the Consumers Guarantees & Fair Trading Acts along with Trade Me's Standard Trading Terms and Conditions
  10. Warranty & returns do not cover:
    a. Incorrect assembly, misuse, abuse or use of a product for which it was not designed.
    b. Neglect and careless storage.
    c. Unauthorised repairs.
    d. Items purchased and buyer "changes mind" - "not what was expected" - "wrong size"
