If your item is damaged, and is insured we require a photo to be sent to us, as well as a detailed description of the damage. if your item needs to be replaced it is up to the buyer to return the item at there expense. Excellence Billiards will ship your new item free of charge. Warranty Policy: Please check each listing for warranty information. If there is no warranty listed stated excellence Billiards offers a 14day return to base warranty. The buyer has the responsibility and expense of sending back the faulty item. Warranty’s are only valid inside of New Zealand. Invoices will be required for valid warranty’s. Warranty’s are for the original buyer only.
