Established in 2004, Frameworks is a family-run business operating out of Auckland's North Shore. We are the authorised outlet for fantastic flat-pack European furniture, bar stools, tables and homeware products.

Store Policies

Payment

All payments must be made in full within 7 days of the auction closing and before the delivery.
When making a deposit please use the auction number or your Trade Me username as a reference, if you are unable to do so - please let us know so we can identify your deposit quickly.

Lay-by

You are welcome to lay-by. A 20% non refundable deposit of the total price is required. Customers must pay in full within 6 weeks from the date of the auction closing. If you change your mind or give up the order, the 20% deposit is not refundable.

Packaging and Delivery

We will deliver goods between 1-3 days (in Auckland) or 3-14 days (in other cities) or agreed time/date after the full amount of payment is received.

We contract professional furniture movers to deliver the goods in Auckland and other cities and use courier companies for small items.

Return or Refund Policy

We aim for 100% customer satisfaction, in the unlikely event that an item arrives faulty we will replace or exchange if:
  • Item is damaged or Item is defective
  • You notify us within 7 days
  • If your item is unable to be replaced we will offer you a refund. We will do our best to resolve any problems as quickly as possible.
We will not refund if:
You simply 'change your mind'. Item was 'not what you expected it to be' or 'not what you imagined it to be'. Please ask all questions before bidding.

Tax Invoice

Tax Invoices for GST and Income tax are available on request for all purchases.
