Completing Your Purchase:

Please contact with us within 3 days of winning the auction - payment must be made within 7 days unless otherwise agreed.

Payment Options:

We accept BANK DEPOSIT / TRANSFER, EFTPOS OR CASH ON PICK UP. We also offer LAYBY. Please ask us before you purchase if you want to use our layby payment options. All prices include GST.

Cheque:

Orders will be shipped once your cheque has cleared - this normally takes 5 business days.

Shipping options:

We use Toll Tranzlink or other freight companies for items over 30kg and Fastway courier for smaller items. Items shipped with Toll Tranzlink require a signature upon delivery. If the product is damaged, please do not sign the document otherwise we can not replace the new product. Please ensure that you include a contact phone number with your delivery address.

Warranty Policy:

1. If a particular Listing does not contain any Warranty information then we automatically provide a 90day Return to Base Warranty.
2. The Buyer must Check the Item Immediately and Report any Damages or Faults to the Seller by Email within 3 days of receiving the item. Gazebos Factory reserves the right to refuse claims that are made after this time frame.
3. Gazebos Factory will Replace or Repair where possible or a Refund will be offered where a replacement is not available.
4. Warranties are not transferable beyond the original buyer.
5. All accessories and bonus items are not covered by warranty. E.g. Carry Bags, Guy Ropes, Pegs etc…
6. Invoices will be required as proof of purchase.
7. Warranty is valid in New Zealand only.
8. Gazebos Factory adheres to the Consumers Guarantees & Fair Trading Acts along with Trade Me's Standard Trading Terms and Conditions.

Warranty Does Not Cover:

1. Normal Wear & Tear.
2. Misuse, Abuse or Use of a Product for which it was Not Designed.
3. Neglect and Careless Storage.
4. Unauthorised Repairs.

Replacement Policy:

1. Photos or other forms of evidence may be requested from the Buyer as proof of damage.
2. The Buyer is liable for the Return Costs of Faulty/Damaged Products under Warranty.
3. Gazebos Factorywill send the Replacement item Back to buyer, except in the case that the returned item is tested and found not to be faulty.
4. Products must be returned with all accessories including their original packing materials, cartons and boxes.
5. Gazebos Factory must receive all returns within 14 days from accepted delivery. If an item is returned after the 14 days from accepted delivery, we reserve the right to refuse claims made after this time frame. Item returns to be approved and authorized by Gazebos Factory before an arranged return is executed.

Refund Policy:

1. Refunds will only be offered on items that cannot be replaced or repaired within a reasonable timeframe.
2. Refunds will not be offered after the item has been used.
3. Refunds will not be offered if the buyer changes their mind.
4. Original Postage / Courier Charges are non-refundable
