Demonstrations available in Henderson West Auckland with prior arrangement. Shipping GDC Equipment can arrange freight to anywhere in NZ, so ask for a quote. All equipment is assembled and fully tested before we send it so delivery times can be up to 1-3 working days in the North Island and 4-7 days in the South Island. Shipping Methods and Policies are negotiable and we are more than happy to deliver large equipment free of charge to Auckland and surrounding areas when buy now is used. Packaging All items are well packed to ensure they arrive in new condition. Some small amount of assembly is normally required. We carry "Stock in transit insurance" should damages occur in transit and we will replace or repair any damaged goods. If you receive damaged goods then please contact us via e-mail or phone the same day you receive the goods. Return Policy GDC Equipment offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you purchase any normal stock item sight unseen and for some reason you are not happy with it, we will refund the purchase price, less any freight costs upon return of the goods.
