Wuyi Company LTD is GST registered Company since 2005, and we are the Secondhand Dealer and Pawnbroker License Holder. We are a direct importer and wholesaler in New Zealand. Our aim is to acquire the best quality products and offer the absolute best price for customers. We strive to bring you the absolute best value and offer the very best service and support. We only stock top quality products. The GMART Team work tirelessly to search the Globe, bringing you some of the latest and hottest bargain deals available on Trade Me.
Any emails, questions or queries will be responded as soon as possible or on the next working day. Due to the large volume of emails we receive, email response can take up to 48hrs WITHIN NORMAL WORKING HOURS. It is Company Policy to reply to ALL emails, thus if you have not received a response within 72hrs, please check you junk box, spam & pop-up filters. We have listed on Trade Me Q&A's as well as automated emails our alternative email addresses. However, often picking up the phone is much simpler, especially if this is an urgent matter.
Our Customer Services Department (work operational hours listed above) is available and happy to answer any questions & queries you may have. They are also committed and dedicated to working with you to resolve any issues that may arise and accept that technology is not foolproof, mistakes can and do happen but we want to fix them.. We're real people, and love to help out wherever, however we can, which, our proven record of top quality support reflects. The quoted shipping amount includes Packaging, Handling Fees.

After auction you will be sent email instructions on how to proceed through our secure checkout. Full payment must be received within 5 days of Auctions closing. Please remember to instruct Bank Tellers to include Auction Number as a Reference when making payment.

We require our LayBy agreement to be accepted and returned to us via email before the LayBy begins. Email us to arrange this after the auction ends. Only available product over $500.
Here are our basic layby terms:
The purchase must be completed within a 6 week time period from the date the auction ends. The first deposit is to be as mentioned in the auction or 20% of the final price (including accessories if purchased) and should be made within 5 working days from the auction end. The remaining balance can be split into payments of your choosing over a period of up to 6 weeks. Each payment will be acknowledged via email.
After the initial deposit, if the layby is unable to be completed or the item is returned for a refund, the deposit and any other payments will be transferred back to you minus a $15 administration fee and 5% Storage fee.
