Payment options: Direct bank deposit to our account. Credit Card Via Trade Me "Pay Now" only. Efpot payment is available upon on-site pick up Cash payment accepted on delivery Bank Account Details Will be provided on the completion of the auction Packaging and Delivery We will deliver goods between 1-3 days within Auckland or 3-14 days outside Auckland. Any item damaged in freight will be replaced, or on the basis of mutual agreement to be reached. Pickups Customers are welcome to pick up at our show room. Please do let us know in advance by phone, mobile text or email. Return or Refund Policy We will replace or exchange if the item is: ... defective ... incorrectly described in the auction listing If we are unable to replace goods we will offer you a refund. We will not refund if: ... You simply 'change your mind' ... Item was 'not what you expected it to be' or 'not what you imagined it to be'. (we may exchange at our discretion). Incidental or consequential damages attributable to a product defect or to the repair or exchange of a defective product are excluded from our warranty. Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt, in original condition accompanied by the original invoice. All courier charges are non-refundable. If you receive defective or damaged goods then please contact us stating clearly the problem. Please include the following information: Invoice Number, Item Description, Date of Purchase and a daytime phone number, and if possible, email address. We will contact you within 2 working days to resolve the problem via the above guidelines. Warranty We offer one-year guaranteed warranty warranty. We have a five year warranty on mattress. |
