About the Store

Welcome to NZ's largest Mag, Tyre and Accessory Centre.

Established in 2001, HYPER has grown to become a one stop shop for everything trendy in automotive. Specialising in wheels, tyres and spring lowering kits, shocks, turbo timers, blow off valves, radar detectors to a full range of car audio, A.V and alarms.

We have a full time window tinter, HIFI / Alarm installer and spring and tyre technicians. We install everything we sell which sets us apart from others.

We also have 2 courtesy cars available for customer use. These are 'pay as you go' cars but means you don't have to wait around while we work on your vehicle.

We are also a stones throw away from NZ's largest shopping mall - Sylvia Park, where can spend the day shopping or catch a movie.

With over 300 wheels on display, a full range of car audio and accessories we believe we have NZ's largest range on offer.

We have a full installation team onsite so if you want anything installed feel free to ask.


Store Policies

PAYMENT OPTIONS
All purchases require Auction number and name for our reference. We have no way of knowing who has paid for an item as many of our products are priced the same. It will slow down how quickly you will receive your Trade item if we do not have the correct information.

We take the following forms of payment:
  • Direct credit to our Bank Account.
  • Credit Card, EFTPOS.
  • We also accept Q Card, Farmers card, GE Creditline Card, but goods must be collected from in store.
  • FINANCE AVAILABLE TAP - Must be arranged prior to purchase.
If you buy now or have an Auction finishing on Sunday or a public holiday, we will contact you on the next working day.

SHIPPING
We use Castle Parcels for all shipping. We aim to get the goods out of the store 24 hours after we have received payment.

Pick up is more than welcome.

During public holidays and Sundays, nothing will be shipped. You will have to wait till the next available working day.

RETURN POLICY
Goods are not returnable simply because you changed your mind.

We aim for 100% customer satisfaction, in the unlikely event that an item arrives faulty we will replace or exchange if your:
  • Item is damaged
  • Item is defective
  • You notify us within 7 days
  • If your item is unable to be replaced we will offer you a refund
We will do our best to resolve any problems as quickly as possible.

It is the customer's responsibility to return goods for any reason. If it is a warranty issue we will refund the freight charges once we receive the goods back.

PRIVACY POLICY
Privacy is very important to us; we will never pass your personal information on to any third party. You can by with confidence from us.
