At PETER BOLES PHARMACY we have worked hard to ensure that we offer you the best possible selection of the most popular pharmacy, baby care, health and cosmetic products available on the market today, and will continuously update this site every week with new products and prices as they become available in the market. All products and brands we sell are brand new and from the original manufacturer.
In the unlikely event that goods need to be returned to us, it is imperative that a Return Form is obtained first to enable us to process your return as quickly and efficiently as possible.
A return policy is only effective for 7 days starting from the day the customer received the item.
The conditions of our return policy:
Failure to adhere to our Returns Procedure may result in loss of product and/or additional costs being incurred. All return costs additional or otherwise will be solely the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.
We do offer Lay-by on sales $100 and over:
All products purchased from this web site are covered by a 12 month limited warranty (unless otherwise advertised in listing), in relation to defective materials or workmanship from the date that they are purchased from us, under which your products may be repaired free of charge by sending the product back to us for repair. Please note that the shipping fee incurred in sending the item to us for repair is to be borne by the customer.
For products covered with international warranty, please send to your local service center for repair/replacement by presenting the warranty card to them (this warranty card will be sent together with your shipment).
For products not covered with international warranty, please send to us by Parcel Post tracked courier services, or other reliable freight company for repair. Kindly note that buyer is solely liable for any shipment lost-in-transit.

While we try to ensure that all details (including prices) displayed on this web site are correct and up to date, we cannot guarantee that they are. We do, however, update our Trademe auctions as frequently as possible. You must ensure that, prior to placing an order; you have checked all relevant details about the products and/or services you have selected, as those may have changed since you last visited this auction.
All products and/or services displayed on this web site are subject to availability. We will try to advise you if a product or service is unavailable. All prices are subject to change at any time up to the time the order is shipped. If a price is corrected due to exceptional circumstances, we will inform you as soon as possible and provide you with the option of either canceling the order or to continue with the order at the corrected price.
DELIVERY & PICK UP INFORMATION
All Orders are usually delivered via local express courier, for peace of mind. Our sales team will usually email customers with confirmation that an item has been shipped.
If you win the auction from Trade me and want to pick up the goods from our pharmacy, please email us first. It is important that we can place a positive feedback to you on Trademe.
Shipping duration is usually 3 to 4 working days for the whole of New Zealand.
Please email us if your parcel has not arrived within the allocated times.
Track and trace service is available on all parcels, we will provide you with your tracking number if your parcel has not arrived within the allocated times above.
We offer combined shipping on multiple auction wins.
We do ship to Australia on request, please ask for prices.
Please note that we DO deliver to PO Boxes and Rural Addresses at no extra charge (unlike some other couriers).
In the event that our New Zealand tracked courier services or other couriers return goods to us as undeliverable for any reason, additional delivery charges may apply to cover the cost of re-delivery. If orders are subsequently cancelled, any refund will have all delivery charges deducted from any refund amount given.
Straight after the auction finishes you will receive an automated email with payment details (if you have not already used the Pay now option-preferred choice).
Payment must be received in full and within 4 (four Days) of the auction closing, unless other options have been confirmed beforehand.
Please note that if you have made a bank transfer over the weekend the funds will not be cleared until Tuesday morning. You can assist us by sending us a fax confirmation or by emailing us a copy of payment. This speeds up the delivery process especially over the weekend or Stat holiday periods.
When making a deposit please use your winning Auction Number followed by 'TM'.
All information supplied to Peter Boles Pharmacy Ltd is considered private and confidential.
We will place feedback as soon as we see your payment and have made sure that the payment and the details provided are correct. Sometimes we will place a feedback in order to contact you if contacting you through email does not work.
Some of our auctions specify that NO feedback will be provided unless specifically asked for by the purchaser. This is to maintain their privacy.
