Manufacturer's Warranty's and Consumer Guarantees apply. We will stand behind the products we sell within 30 days of the mailing date if there is a fault or if it has been damaged in transit. Note: We sell all of our items in good faith, however customer's reasons for returning goods vary greatly, therefore we have a policy of negotiation. If other sizes or colours are required (if available) an exchange is acceptable with prior arrangement* providing they are of the same value, otherwise the difference will be credited or charged accordingly. These items must be in an undamaged and in unused condition only if returned. |
