Store Policies


Payment must be received within 7 days, commencing on the closure of auction.

Payment options include

a. Bank Deposit / Internet Transfer ASB Bank 12-3056-0829276-000
b. Cheque, made up to “JingHong Pty Ltd”, mail to PO Box 58-386 Greenmount, Auckland
c. Cash or EFTPOS on pick up.

Please allow 2-3 days for payment to clear, if you would like to speed up this process you can fax us the evidence of payment.


We will ship the goods as soon as the payment comes through. We use Fast-way Courier for smaller goods and Streamline Freight for heavier ones. Pick up is preferred for fragile goods. We undertake the risk during delivery for you. If you received the goods damaged, we will ship you another one free of charge or a full refund.


Please refer to the description of each specific product for different length of warranty periods. An invoice is to be presented for all warranty claims. All hardware products are subject to manufacturer's warranty and we direct all claims to accredited agency without being directly liable to purchaser. Damage to or misuse, negligent installation or operation, inadequate packaging, cleaning or maintenance, unauthorized modifications or addition voids warranty.

Returning & Refund

We offer full refund on returned products as long as they are in re-sellable condition and original package within 7 days of purchase. Proof of purchase needs to be presented before any return and/or refund can be processed. Any returns after the 7 days period will incur a 20% restocking fee, provided that the return products are in re-sellable condition and original package. No return or refunds if products have been used or damaged. No return or refunds after 30 days of purchase.
