Kidzstuffonline is an online toy shop offering a range of quality affordable toys from baby through to school age. We import most of our toys directly to cut out the middle man so we can offer you the best possible price.
Our aim is to bring you the best quality and value for money along with the very best in service and support. We are always adding to our stock so save us as a favorite to get our new listings straight into you inbox. |

We are a GST registered company, so please ask if you would like a GST receipt. Payment Please pay within 3 working days of auction close. We accept payment by the following methods:
Pick Up Pick up is available, we are located at 102 Sylvan Avenue, Northcote but please email or phone 09 480 8192 to arrange a suitable time as we are not always available every day. We only accept cash on pick up. Shipping Our aim is to have all parcels on the courier within 24 hours (except weekends) of payment clearing in our account. We generally use Fastway Couriers who deliver Monday to Friday and require a signature (please advise if you want your parcel left if no one home). All parcels go track and trace and we can provide your number on request. Occasionally we use NZ Post for rurual or island deliveries, these also go track and trace. We are happy to combine your purchases wherever possible to keep your costs to a minimum please call or email to get a quote. Layby We are happy to offer layby on all purchases totaling $100 or more. Our terms are 20% to be paid within 3 working days and then the balance to be paid within 8 weeks of auction close. Goods are not dispatched until final payment is cleared. Damaged goods If your parcel is damaged in transit please do not sign for the parcel and call or email us within 3 days so we may make a claim against the carrier. Returns In the unlikely event you have a problem with your product we offer a 30 day return to base warranty, this means you pay for return postage. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, wear and tear and misuse. At our discretion we will repair, replace or offer refund. We do not refund postage costs. Privacy Policy Your privacy is of utmost importance to us and under no circumstance will Kidzstuffonline disclose any details to a 3rd party. All information is considered private and confidential.
